Who would have thought that the Teiko's Basketball Team would discover the gem the Volleyball Team has thrown away that day? The bubbly seventh member who has captured the heart of the basketball-lover Ace remains extremely dense in the romance department despite however hard he tries. Under her cheerful nature, the GoM won one game after the next but all good things have to come to an end. The Little Giant says her goodbyes and promises that she will definitely return. Yet, even she wouldn't have known. Her return this time, will be marked by an expiry date. But it matters not, because while the Ace is on a mission to capture her heart, she will use her remaining time to bring them back.

She moves in with Alex, after her mother dies. During the Winter Cup, she finally gets to see her two best friends again, and maybe have something more happen. Most of the story is told through Kagami's POV but will have some chapters through Ataru's.
