After a confrontation with Bill about what he is hiding. Ford finds himself in possession of Cipher's child. He decides for the safety of the child and everyone in his dimension to hide him as a human. Bill will stop at nothing to get his child back. After trying to take over Earth, Bill discovers the identity of his stolen son but Bill is his son's worse enemy. This story aligns with the current canon of the show. However, minor things do need to be different. - In this story Ford was sucked into the portal and trapped for only 10 years not 30. This is the main change and if something majorly changes I will state it in the story or edit this. No, he was always a Cipher. He was never Dipper, he was Alcor. He was never human, he was a demon. Forever and always, he was the son of Bill Cipher. Bill Cipher; his father. His idol. The only family he truly needed. And yet, mortals always had to destroy that. But... wasn't he a moral too? . . . Alcor can't seem to do the one thing a dream demon is supposed to do; and it seems like the disappointment of everyone watching him is weighing him down. He knows he can do it; he knows. Dipper and Mable have just arrived back in gravity falls.They are hoping for a relatively relaxing summer, but Dipper keeps having strange dreams of bill. Until one day, wakes up to find that things aren't so normal a he had hoped. Just to clarify this isn't exactly a transcendence au but it's very heavily based on it.
