Hi, I'm Nico di Angelo. On the outside I may look calm and maybe a little depressed, but on the inside I'm freaking out. Want to take a look? WHY?! The second Giant war literally just ended. Okay fine, it ended about six months ago, but still! Now I'm expected to go to another continent to protect a bunch of kids because they are competing in a magic tournament. Great. Oh, and on top of all that, my partner just so happens to be the one and only Will Solace. Yup. That's the inside of my head. Don't judge.

Demigods at Hogwarts is my new addiction, so... here's a Solangelo fic created solely from cliches that I loved and things that I thought could make the fics even better. Takes place after BOO and during OOTP, Hades summons Nico to inform him that he must go on a quest to Hogwarts. His jobs will be to protect the Golden Trio from any left over Death Eaters, find any demigods that were never claimed, help Harry defeat Voldedead, and of course, learn magic. If he succeeds, his father will make him heir to the Underworld. Will will join him at Hogwarts later. Harry will not be a jerk, but the Goldies will suspect him of being a Death Eater. I'm not saying that there's Solangelo, but there is going to be a pile of Solangelo. If you wanted smut, you've come to the wrong place. It makes me sad how many authors never finish theirs, or when a good plot is ruined by awful spelling and grammar. I will strive for frequent updates (hopefully once a week, but school is crazy,) good grammar, and I swear on the River Styx that I will not stop writing until I can say that the story is completely and utterly finished. Nico di Angelo had been shunned by his father, King Hades, for two years after he came out and told him he's gay. Will Solace, son of King Apollo, has live a normal life in the Sun Palace with loving and supporting family. He's never had to worry too much about what his parents thought of him. Two years after Nico was rejected by his father, his older sister, Bianca, comes to him with news. She is getting married to Prince Will Solace and he's been invited back to his home palace to meet his soon to be brother in law. Nico agrees, for the sake of his sisters, to come home. Nico Diangelo has a shadow traveling problem. it drains him so much. he has strict orders not to shadow travel by his beautiful doctor Will Solace. However, Nico hasn't accepted himself as a raging homosexual. as this story continues he develops feelings for Will. maybe they could be happy. maybe they won't. maybe certain obstacles will make their love nothing but a flame that burnt out.

Will Solace is seen as the happy one in the relationship. The one with few problems. The one who holds Nico together. But it's the other way around. Will's life isn't as happy as he makes it seem. He doubts himself and Nico is always there to hold him close when the sun sets. Nico has been a recovering self harmer for years. Will doesn't know this. Will Nico break under the stress of holding things together, or will he find strength in his support system. After all, even the sunset is hard for the child of darkness. (This story is literally pure angst. Major trigger warning. Lots of self harm, thoughts of suicide, and recovery attempts failing. I don't support self harm in anyway, this is just about the trials and tribulations of self harm recovery. Please don't read if this will trigger you.)
