1998: Niela Eletherya, a fifteen year old from New York, is a little different from her classmates at school. Her father however has been ill for very long and is, because of a curse cast from a goddess,on the verge of death. Camp Halfblood, Camp Jupiter and New York's Schadowhunters are all chasing the same Monster. They all met for the first time (well, Greeks and Romans already knew each other, but the Shadowhunters had no Idea Demigods existed) when they tried to kill the Monster - and failed.
