Kathryn Clark has been in a relationship with her childhood friend Syd Barrett for over three years. Everything seemed just about perfect- their relationship, Syd's band called Pink Floyd, the way life was just going in general. But when Syd takes an overdose of LSD, he develops severe schizophrenia and begins to go off the deep end. What is Kathryn supposed to do now? leave him? stay behind and care for him? or maybe stay with and support his band as they look for a new guitarist? Syd and Abigail have the perfect relationship, it remained strong for 8 years. But eventually, Syd starts using LSD addictively, and things start going downhill real fast.
