Aaron Hotchner, the boss, the leader. Strauss has very high expectations for him and his team. Within this she expects very professional work and NO relationships with each other. Within the few years Emily has been a part of the team her and Hotch have gotten really close with each other, after Haley's passing especially because Emily was one of the people who spend many sleepless nights with him when he was coping and grieving. As for them both they have a really tight and close friendship that they both wish were more but have to try and hide it from each other and Strauss. But after all they work with a few of the most amazing profilers in the whole world. What will happen when they cant control themselves anymore? 3 years late. Patrick came back.

As filming season 16 is coming up, Shonda finally tells everyone what the season is based off. A "What if" season. Old actors are coming back. Including Patrick Dempsey, A few years back after season 11 ended, Patrick and Ellen got into a big fight and he left. Not showing his face on the set of Greys Anatomy again. So of course Ellen doesn't want anything to do with him. but maybe love over powers hate. *mature*
