Three years. It's been three years since the death of Dick Wayne, and Renegade. The city lost a hero. Bruce Wayne lost a son. Jason, Tim, Damian they lost a brother. Barbara lost a boy who she thought she could of loved. They all coped with it in different ways, Jason made bad choices, Damian drifted, Tim and Barbara became close friends. But that was never enough. It never will be. By the end of the day, no matter what they did, Dick was still dead. Well, at least he was to them. When bodies start dropping all over Gotham, each one leaving a message for the mighty Batman, people start asking questions. Maybe Batman isn't capable of protecting Gotham, maybe he's finally met his match. What happens when these bodies start becoming innocent people instead of criminals? What will Batman do then? After the death of his parents, Dick Grayson is taken in by his Uncle and trained to be a Talon. He has been training and preparing for four years of his life, and he only needs to do one thing until he can officially become a Talon. He needs to kill someone.... But he can't. So, he runs away and seeks refugee in Gotham. While there he meets some interesting people. A man, who dresses as a bat and fights crime, and a team of teenagers who also fight crime on their spare time. What will happen when he meets the team and Batman? And what will happen when they meet him?

He grew up on the streets, getting into drugs and trouble. He has a special ability which he thinks is a curse. He can speak with the dead, and as many people he has lost in his life, he has quite a few to speak with.

Dick always seems so devoted to their family, ready to help whenever they call. It's rare that he gets a day off. But what exactly does Nightwing do on his day off? The Batfamily plans to find out.

He has settled with Jason, Roy and now Kayla in a summer house, and as they learn to confide and trust eachother, they become closer.
