Seen in clinics and orphanages and palliative care homes numerous times, earning the confidence of civilians. Some viewed him as being greater than heroes, even defending him in a one-off clash with negative heroes. No one could find the vigilante. He would find you. Not any 'Symbol of Peace', but he'd strike fear into villains as easily as a roundhouse kick. Surprise is a tool to be used without hesitation, that's all he has. Lives underestimated.
