It's that time for (Y/N) to move to a school to study his major of choice. (Y/N) was always a big fan of a Twitch Streamer named D.Va. (Y/N) would dream of being with her but he knows she was way out of his league but that all changed when he becomes neighbors with her. Having built a friendship together and a shared interest together besides video games, (Y/N) chances with D.Va are more likely to become true. "What's the guy's name anyway?" Jake continues with a laugh, he points his gun down a hall. "Clear." We walk down the hallway. "I get it ok?!" I snap. He looks taken aback. "What do you get?" "You hate me ok. I've heard enough." I look away from him. "I-I don't hate you." He manages. "Yes you do!" I argue in a shout. "No I don't!" He yells back. "Yes you do!" I repeat in a scream. "Of course you freaking do!" "No I don't hate you!" He disagrees. "Ya-" I start but he interrupts me. "I don't hate you because I love you!" Jake shouts, now it's my turn to be surprised. "I don't hate you because I'm in love with you." He repeats. "Because every time you talk to me about a guy the only thing I have is my humour an-and jokes otherwise I'm just sad and in love and lonely. And that's just crap. It's crap that I love you so strongly that it physically hurts just to be around you. It hurts to be around you while your not mine. While Teddy is there or whoever you're seeing right now. Because I have to watch them hold you and kiss you and love you. And I can't do any of that. So I-" his voice cracks a little. "So I joke around to protect myself from the pain.
