Madeline Hope Lupin is the daughter of Remus Lupin. Showing absolutly no signs of lycanthropy, you'd think her life would be easy. Not really. She was born mute, and just the same as how magic can't fix Harry's eyesight, it can't fix her vocal chords. She and her father lived a calm life in a cottage before Albus Dumbledore offered her father the job as Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher. With no other family, Maddy journey's to Hogwarts with her father, and meets some famous people along the way. And it doesn't help that her father's former best friend is at large, but does she know that? No. Maddy may be in more trouble than she thinks, or in less than the rest of the world thinks. No person is really sure yet. They shared a room, so when Remus was attacked at the age of five, Anella was in the room and was also attacked by Fenir Greyback, making her a full fledged werewolf. She got married as soon as the two left Hogwarts and became pregnant. Fearful that her daughter would inherit her Lycanthropy, she sent her daughter and husband away. Little did she know, her love didn't change Damien. He was the same coldhearted, terrible person he was when he and Anella met. Anella's fear is met. Her daughter inherited the gene. So she grew up with her father chaining her in the basement, growing used to being referred to as "it" and "monster". So Sofianna runs away, to her mother. Anella is distraught, confused and scared. What if she hurt the little girl? Anella goes to the only person who might could help, or at least comfort her. Her older brother was everything to her. And when Remus must teach at Hogwarts, his little sister tags along.
