The fear of clowns has died down and long forgotten. entertainment clowns start to get big again but this time they should be the ones that are scared. when a new, odd, clown enters the north east of England, is the small town of Redcar really safe? The new, exiting black balloon clown could be more thrilling than anybody really could imagine, especially if your a child. I do not own England or Redcar.
