He's your brother, after all." "I figure you are perfectly capable of killing him yourself. And if you do have to, I'm sure he probably deserves it." A young princess was orphaned after her parents were brutally murdered, and for years, she exchanged her pain with anger and hatred towards the killer. She became a Ranger and traveled the lands of Middle Earth in search of revenge, but what she got instead was a quest to reclaim a homeland stolen by a dragon, some new friends, and a few major injuries. But it was all worth it, in the end.

Aeschild has lived her whole life in a village not far from the river Isen. As people of Rohan dwelling close to Isengard, they live in dread of attacks by the Uruk Hai of Saruman and the hillmen of Dunland. On a late autumn day in the wood, Aeschild receives a vision of a horse and rider during a spell of sleeping sickness. With omens of doom in the air, it gives her a pinprick of hope in the darkness. Hope that is fulfilled in the figure of Prince Théodred, second marshall of the Riddermark, as he rides to Helm's Deep to fortify it against the enemy with the Muster of the Westfold. As Aeschild's visions become stronger, it appears that her and the prince of Rohan are intertwined in their fates and their individual survival depends entirely on the other.

She had became a wanderer over the years, until Gandalf approached her about a dwarfish quest to reclaim Erebor and reminded her about the prophecy fortold of the Nymali Viator. Although reluctant, and annoyed with Gandalf's insisting that her powers were a blessing instead of the curse she viewed them to be, Davina joins the expedition. When their parents died Eomer and Eowyn were sent to live with their uncle. There Eomer befriends an extremely intriguing girl who plays an important role in bringing not only Eomer from darkness, but the rest of Rohan as well. Will this girl be able to sit idly by as the War of the Ring looms closer? Will Eomer be able to realize what exactly he feels before its too late?

The year before the Ring War, Princess Lothíriel of Dol Amroth is sent to Rohan by her father to seek shelter from the storm brewing in Mordor. There she meets Éomer, Third Marshal of the Riddermark. Unfortunately they do not hit it off...at first.
