Livianna ist ein schüchternes, nachdenkliches Mädchen, dass gerne ihre Zeit in ihrem liebsten Park oder an einer Bushaltestelle verbringt. Oft einsam oder mit ihrer Mutter Mary. Die beiden mögen die Gegend sehr, nur das einzige das Livianna hasst, ist ihre Schule, denn dort wird sie oft als komisch abgestempelt. Daher ist ihr einziges Ziel, erfolgreich die Schule abzuschließen und somit alle „verblödeten Schüler" zurückzulassen.

Eine neues Mädchen kommt nach Chilton und lernt neue Leute kennen. Doch nicht alle machen es ihr so leicht, wie sie es sich erhofft hatte. Und dann sind da auch noch diese Jungs... Die Geschichte ist in der Ich-Perspektive geschrieben und der Hauptcharakter hat keinen Namen. Außerdem gibt es keine weiteren Informationen zum Aussehen.
