Under the lead of the United States of America and the UN, humanity united and formed The United Nations Space Military Command, and the United Nations Space Exploration Command. The UNSMC and the UNSEC have now colonized multiple planets all across the galaxy as humanity progressed. Life was perfect. Wars were stopped, equality thrived, and democracy reigned supreme. The Zander Class Destroyer known as the USS Enterprise was on a routine op at Base Alpha on Pluto. U.S. Marines were in a joint training op with Russian Republic Marines, United Korean Republic Marines, and British Royal Marines. That was until a ship came out of lightspeed out of nowhere. Military personal were now on alert as the USS Enterprise was dispatched to make contact with the unknown ship. The Republic ship was heavily damaged after a battle with the CIS. The last chain of command on the ship was a lone Padawan and a Clone Captain. With no hope left, they had to escape to an unknown system. In the aftermath of the Clone Wars and the deaths of Count Dooku and the Separatist Leaders, a shutdown signal was sent to all Battle Droids units throughout the Galaxy, effectively putting an end to the Clone Wars. In addition, the Galactic Republic was reorganised into the First Galactic Empire, and Chancellor Palpatine, who is actually the Sith Lord, Darth Sidious, establishes himself as Emperor, putting an end to democracy and creating a new era of fear, corruption and tyranny that would last over a decade. Unknown to Palpatine, one large squadron of Battle Droids was able to resist the shutdown signal. In the possibility that Palpatine would betray him, Count Dooku instructed his secret apprentice, Jack Trevelyan, to oversee a contingency plan, to reconstruct the Droid Army and a secret project: Project Rebirth. Hidden in a secret facility on the remote planet, Virmire, located in the Unknown Regions. Jack had his Tactical Droid, Axiom, oversee the reproduction of the Droid Army and Project Rebirth and enters cryo-stasis to preserve his youth, reawakening once the time comes. In time, the Confederacy of Independent Systems will return to resume its original purpose: free the Galaxy from the corruption of the Republic, now the Empire.
