Shizuo Heiwajima is having another normal day at school then starts to get notes from a secret admirer. He wonders who writes the notes to him everyday, but what happens when he finds out who wrote them...

After a pretty ordinary encounter with Shizu-chan, Izaya finds himself in a crisis. He is unable to shake some surfacing feelings and attempts to suppress them fail. Izaya is reaching the limit of his endurance, and Celty and Shinra can't take it anymore. They've had enough, so they ask Shizuo to give the poor guy a break.
