She was too young to decide Autobot or Decepticon. Lockdown took her in and taught her everything she needed to know to be Decepticon, even though she was told she was Decepticon, her mark was Autobot. Drake, of Lockdown's knowledge, had mainly four transformations; Alt Mode, Alternate Mode, Dragon, and Wolf. Lockdown considered Drakaro his daughter, especially when she wins a fight. But mainly, because of her beauty and her rareness.

Ferris Maguire has handled quite a few things in her short lifetime. But how can she deal with these new Transformers? Specifically a green corvette.

The Autobots had created an Academy to train their recruits before battling with the Deceptions. Or for Black Ops mission, recon, etc but mainly to defeat the 'Cons. Everyone was trained by the Military except for one. She was different than the rest.
