Yato has finally achieved his dream of becoming a popular god. However, he's always so busy now. Yukine has been getting less and less time to spend with Yato. Now that Hiyori is gone, Yukine doesn't have a friend to talk to about his emotions. How will he react to his current situation? Read to find out.

Yukine finally leaves Yato. What will become of the god? Will Yukine realize his mistake? Or will they never reunite? Angsty af. Yukine, who's head had tilted up enough to glance at his collar bone, flinched as his name shattered and dissipated into shimmering blue dust, floating out the window and disappearing into the sky. The dust looked like a diamond mist was dancing through the air, promising goodness in the unique patterns it created. It was such a wrongly beautiful thing; something this alluring didn't fit the mood nor the moment. This is a one shot based off of the chorus of the song I Try, by Macy Gray.
