Alex can’t understand why Nadia is with Ethan. Nadia is the most beautiful girl in Freedom, New Hampshire, and Ethan is a grade-A jerk. But as Alex observes the budding relationship, his jealousy turns to worry. Historical research and some damning photos reveal Ethan’s dark side. Alex is sure Ethan is a threat to Nadia’s very life, but Nadia won’t listen to him. In the meantime Alex is developing his own strange supernatural abilities, a teenage girl claims to have been attacked by a vampire, and wolves are roaming the forests around Freedom—along with a mysterious and deadly dark man. As Alex fights for Nadia’s safety, he uncovers a network of ancient supernatural beings, and the secrets of his own dimly remembered past. The Setting of the Board is the first in Mike Yeaton’s Last of the Twenty series, a collection of young adult vampire tales that’s more Salem’s Lot than Twilight.

Found in a dusty attic, hidden under a mound of misplaced bits and bobs, I came upon a tome full of legends, myths, and most importantly monsters. It was a glimpse into an unknown world, a window to Tartarus's most bizarre and mysterious creatures. I read into the night ignoring the time until at last my eyes grew heavy and I sank into dreams. When I awoke, the book had left my lap. For a moment I thought I had lost it. Then I saw it. Across the room it hovered in the air held in place by a pair of disembodied hands. A voice called out, "Welcome to the unseen." The hands vanished and the book fell into a cloud of dust. I have not touched it since. **This is an extension to the Mirror Me Series. Please enjoy this collection of short stories and how-to tips on banishing and befriending monsters unique to the series.**

Bran has always wanted to try and see the Fae during Midsummer's Eve when the Earth realm and Faery are blended. What he didn't count on was meeting a beautiful Fae princess who would turn his world completely upside down, wreaking havoc on both his life, his heart, and his future. *Note: Faery Kissed, a 30,000+ word novella, was originally release as part of a collection of novellas by different bestselling authors in A Midsummer Night's Fling. All the stories have a common theme, Fae/Faery and Midsummer's Eve. You can find the other two novellas featured in that book on Wattpad now too. They are Enchanted Hearts, by Belinda Boring, and Forever, by Kamery Solomon. Happy Reading!
