Derek Westbrook (i couldnt think of a name) was just a regular soldier trying to make a difference in the world. He was better than most in the field and because of this, he was given an offer to become a part of team rainbow as a recruit.

Tom has chosen to accept the invite by a mysterious woman to join a military team to fight in an ongoing war against the White Masks. He's very different compared to all the other operators, which makes him stand out to almost everyone. He doesn't have any military background, yet he tries his best to pull his weight.
