(Yes I'm using this name. I know it's in another story but she's my main Oc so It makes sense.) Joozou Ryuu is a new student starting at U.A. This is after all the students got excepted into the A1 class and after the festival but before the internship. She has three quirks. Fire (Hellflame), Explosion release, and magnetic release. She was a normal child growing up with her brother, but when she didn't show any signs of getting a quirk she was diagnosed quirkless. Her father was a CEO of a famous hero experimented and research company, but it was taken from him with his 2 children along. The people who took Joozou and her brother saw potential in her.
