April moves back to Seattle from Ohio after 5 years. A lot of things have changed in her life. Settling back into her old home, and work place, with her co workers, including Jackson, is harder than she thought.

"Didn't we promise to each other that we'll always be the last one standing? We've been through so much and I refuse to end it this way. I didn't give up my love for you so you can just die so open your eyes Avery and prove me right, show me that I made the right decision 4 years ago, show me how successful and happy you've become" April whispered brokenly.

It many years into the future. Jackson and April are happily married with one child. Jackson is suffering, he was in an awful accident and now is admitted into Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital he has been in a coma since the accident, April is worried, but doesn't want her daughter to see her father like this. She wants to spend as much time In the hospital as possible but doesn't want their child to be locked up in the hospital. Will Jackson ever wake up? and if he does will it be the same? Based on the show 'Greys Anatomy' Created by Shonda Rhimes.
