When Daryl gives her a knife to somehow, someway protect herself. But when he family sees they become furious. Daryl explains to them what would happen if she doesn't learn how to survive. Hershel allows it but says Daryl has to train Beth how to survive. Daryl starts to feel things for Beth but is scared of those feelings. Will Daryl ever tell Beth.
