Will Byers, the kid everyone referred to as "Zombie Boy" Jessica Spencer, has been friends with him since birth. Jessica's parents had passed away, and Karen took her in, Mike's mother. Joyce would have, but she couldn't have another child around the house. Jessica goes over to Wills everyday, while Mike goes to Elevens. Jessica is part of the party. She is one of the nerds, and has been playing D&D with the boys. Max is one of her friends, so is Eleven. We start this story in June of 1985, Hawkins, Indiana.

When Max and Aspen Mayfield move to a town called Hawkins, the twins never thought that they would be put in a situation where supernatural actually existed. They never thought that they would make one friend, let alone four friends. Apparently, a lot of things had happened last year in the quad which leads to even more things this year, when Max and Aspen moved. Meet Max and Aspen Mayfield, twins and obviously badasses.
