Victoria Burnett was never normal. Not in the way that she read strange books or styled her hair differently than what was declared the norm. No, she was different because she could see things that no one else could see. She could read Auras and this is her story in which her peculiarity whisks her off into a new world of wonderment, and mortal peril.

she's stubborn. she hates being touched and she doesn't like many people. her hair is nearly as black as the heart she wants the world to think she has. in the eyes of some she's a monster, but monsters come in many forms, and some monsters aren't really monsters at all. sometimes monsters are just fairies that are scared to be loved. and sometimes they're the ones that deserve love most. Eve is a wild animal. Captured and chained up untill brought to Miss Peregrine. She is bloodthirsty, oblivious to social cues and blunt as can be. She hates the weird smiles, creepy handshakes, and most of all the strange concept of "being polite" So how will she make friends with the other children? And more importantly how will she get along with Enoch.

Antonia Somnusson was, like her brother Horace, a peculiar child. She had a similar peculiarity to her brother's; he could see the future, and she could see the past. They'd been separated as children, Antonia had been taken to a different Loop than her brother. But, when he sees that if she doesn't leave she'll be in danger, he begs Miss Peregrine to rescue her. Unfortunately, when they get to her, it's too late; the Loop has been raided, the ymbryne captured and every peculiar murdered. Except for Antonia. A mysterious girl with mysterious powers? What more could a guy want? Eirwen was dropped off one day at Miss Peregrine's home. The girl was only 16 years of age and was beaten and bruised badly by what looked to be a blunt object; tears running down her cheeks that dripped to the ground where she stood, frost layering the ground. Only the tears were not of salt water - but ice. (I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE CHARACTERS IN THE STORY AND THEY WILL BE BASED OFF THE BOOKS; EXCEPT FOR ENOCH. I ONLY OWN MY CHARACTER)

Ren had always been strange. She didn't mind it. She had grown up, along with her cousin Jake, hearing tales of children who could do incredible things. Special children. She believed in their grandfather's stories with all her heart, for a long time at least. Then, like all children, Ren grew too old to believe in her grandfather Abe's stories. Or at least she had to pretend to. She pretended so well, she even forgot her own strangeness. When she travels to Wales with her cousin and uncle, Ren remembers just how strange she is. Just how peculiar. When she meets a certain dead riser, she's not sure exactly how to feel about him and Enoch certainly acts like he wants nothing to do with her. Still, the two must learn to work together in order to keep the little family together and save Miss Peregrine. Will a friendship form? Or maybe something more? Mostly based on the movie and not the book because it's been too long since I've read the book. The characters still belong to Ransom Riggs and not me. I do own Ren and my cover so please don't steal them. There will be some angst, fluff, romance, a few swears. But, as with all my fics, nothing to warrant a mature rating.
