No one saw it coming when two of the most elite rival schools on the upper east side decided to merge together in order to form the pinnacle of academic and athletic excellence. Especially not the the students. What will happen when two rival golden groups are forced to be in the same school? One word, Chaos. This is the story from the one and only Winnie Archibald, a member of the Constance Golden group. Winnie is both a mixture of class and sass but what will happen when she buts heads with Chase Abrams from the Juliard Golden group who is sarcastic, arrogant and narcissistic. Do not judge a book by its cover, these are not your average group of privileged students. In a series of fights and childish antics, the golden groups are at war. But what happens when Winnie gets caught out by the principal and is forced to help coach the new football team, whom she does not get along with? Being forced to lead them to the championships will the golden groups come together as one, or drift apart more than ever. Everything is not as it seems but after all, there can only be one golden group.

Jas gives me a sympathetic look. She sighs heavily, long nails tapping against the wooden table, dodging the 'Missing' posters scattered all over the surface. "Maybe," she finally says, "Just maybe, he doesn't want to be found, Ava." I clench my jaw. "No. I refuse to believe that. He's not like that." "What do you know?" Jas snorts, finally withdrawing her hand from the table and turning back to look at me. "You don't even know him." xx Ford Wilson was in three out of four of Ava Jackson's classes. They had one mutual friend, did a project together once in sophomore year, and had the same lunch. When Ava's car had broke down, she had even ended up parked outside of Ford's house, asking for gas. In Ava's life, he was everywhere. And yet, she didn't notice him until he was nowhere to be found.

{Featured Story!} #1 in Supernatural #48 in Romance #5 in Historical Fiction "They say at night, the howls of wolves echo across the land, and in the morning farmers find their animals missing or slaughtered. Keep your wits about you, my dearest friend. Beware of the wolves." 1561 Alba - Scotland Màili is the only child of Catholic Lord, Seumas MacDhòmhnaill, and his wife Màiri. Most of her life has been spent hidden away in the Scottish countryside to keep her away from the rumours rife at court since her Mother's death. Màili knows one wrong move could bring those rumours at her feet too. Cries of witchcraft and gossip about her father's dwindling funds, means Màili's future remains uncertain. Close to destitute, her dowry gone, her only chance - in the eyes of her father at least - comes in the form of an unexpected marriage match from a family willing to pay handsomely for Màili's hand. It's an offer her father dare not refuse. Quickly married to a man she doesn't know, Torian Lyall flouts Màili's every belief in what is expected from her as a wife. Nor do he or his family seem overly interested in following Catholic tradition. Trapped amongst people so different from her, speaking a language she barely remembers from childhood, she's whisked away to her new home farther North than she's travelled before. The wild and mountain filled Highlands are a beautiful place; where purple heather and thick forests covers the land, and mighty sea winds batter the waves against ancient rock. Myth and mystery swirl as thick as the grey mists in the glens, where creatures from old stories are said still to roam. And the Lyall family have secrets of their own. Secrets that might involve her in some way. Secrets that make Màili hold her friend's advice closer than she thought she'd need to... Beware of the wolves. . .
