A couple months into the second school year Izuku Midoriya goes into UA high. There he meets a new friend named Shoto Todoroki. He deeply contrasts to how Izuku acts. As he's a bit more of a delinquent while Izuku is much more well-behaved. The principal thought it would be a good idea to have Todoroki as Izuku's guide for the rest of the year to keep the both of them out of trouble. In this world, no one has a quirk. But they all do have a soulmate. And once you see your soulmate, even if it was just a glance at them while out walking down the street, you can talk to them. You can communicate with your soulmate by writing things on your body, and it will show up on theirs. So if you write something on your wrist it will show up on your soulmates' wrist. All the characters are also aged down to 15.
