A year after the tragic death of Maeve Donovan, Spencer Reid hasn't been able to fully recover. It may not be possible to recover from something so horrible. That is, until a strange rape and murder case take place smack in the middle of D.C, and brings the BAU to try and help the DCPD try and find the perpetrator.
