Leaving this book up as a reminder of how far I've come. Pro recovery, recover or die, it's not worth the pain and suffering. You are deserving of food, you are deserving of life and you are loved. If everyone who read this book is anorexic, statistically 25 of them have died. Get help, get well, get to a better place in your head and heart and life. Lots of things taste better than being thin.
