Sam lives his life on the beach, he and his families beach house made it so the ocean coursed through Sam's veins. He didn't have much friends, so he'd spend his days in the sun on their private little beach. He always felt as if he's drawn to the ocean, it's his happy place. Colby is a part of the merfolk, living in the deep part of the ocean but of course he couldn't stay in the deep. He's been drawn to the beach, not able to go on the mysterious land but looks out at it. Something draws him to the sandy beach, he just doesn't know what.

Colby lives in japan and loves going to the festivals that happen once in a while in japan. Sam lives in japan with his dog and loves the festivals. while they both are at the festival will they meet on the way there?
