The woman, ever since she was a small child she felt withdrawn from society, she felt like she wasn't who everyone else was. That usually, would be a good thing, being different is good. However, not when that difference fuels everything you do for the rest of your life. Her mind was strong yet somehow so weak. Her heart was warm yet somehow so icy.
The man had everything one could ever wish for, financial stability, an accepting family, a true love by their side. He adored having that, it made him happy, ostensibly. Inwardly, that happiness didn't spread that far; he had everything he wanted but something was missing. His pockets were full but for some reason he wishes they were empty. He was loved by someone that he wanted to love back.
Old friends, old enemies. New friends, new enemies. One story.
