May 1536. Anne Boleyn is doomed to die, beheaded for the wrongdoings she has been accused of over and over again. She is afraid, but prepared for the death that awaits her. But the night before, she receives a visit from a mysterious Frenchman who introduces himself merely as Lucien. He promises her life after death, so long as she drinks his blood.
