Selective members of class A gets invited to Shikoku island south of Japan. To focus on hero training by helping and protecting the islanders living there. Without the help of pro heroes. A slightly mutated quirk that allows him to develop new quirks, something he inherited from his grandfather. (I was thinking about this allot, they said All for one is almost a hundred years old)
