Harley has given birth to a healthy baby girl. Fearing for the baby, she put her up for adoption. Twelve years later, Joker has just been thrown in Arkham again. He then gets news that a class from an elementary school are coming to interview him for a school newspaper. Everything basically goes downhill from that point. Then uphill. Then downhill again. And so on.

Following one of the Joker and Harley's desperate bank robberies, a nearby orphanage catches fire.
