Hinata doesn't know what to do without him, so he decides to go with him, leaving his family, and teammates behind. Hinata has always been interested in music aside from volleyball. His boyfriend has picked up on that, and was writing a song for him. While in America, they attend the same prestigious school. His boyfriend joins a band and Hinata joins the volleyball team. Hinata and his boyfriend end up having a nasty fight, Hinata wants to go apologize, but what he finds leaves him more broken than he was. He becomes a selective mute. He's been given his late boyfriends guitar, and he ends up reaching out to someone to help him learn. Kurasuno has no idea what's happened to their middle blocker, no one can get ahold of him. The American team wants to try and get Hinata back out of his shell, so they arrange a training camp with his old high school along with some of the other teams he had friends on. What happens when that doesn't work? How shocked will everyone be to see how different Hinata is? How will they react to the news as to why he is the way he is now? What will happen when he asks them all to come to the show his band is putting on?
