bakugou was born without a quirk but has the same personality while deku gets a quirk and its explosion because deku's dad's quirk is fire and inko's quirk is attracting things so deku could attract nitrogen and stuff and it makes explosions. and when bakugou see's deku's quirk and gets mad at deku. so deku tries to give bakugou his quirk but fails and a few day's later deku bumps into All for one and he makes a deal and he switches his quirk with bakugou
