La vie à River Fall's était assez paisible, juste un peu brouillée par les disputes entre le Northside et Southside, et par quelques affaires sombres de toutes petites villes. Mais la plus part des habitants du Northside ne s'en occupaient pas et vivaient leur vie paisiblement.
