Evan Hansen is an anxious teen. He constantly feels alone and panic attacks are a normal things. He goes to a therapist, but it doesn't really help. In reality it just makes him seem even more different from other students at his high school. Soon, all of this changes though, when he meets someone who would change his life forever.
