Quinn Kane killed Anna Alcorn. Now she has to deal with the consequences. In just one night, Peyton Melloy, James Tenner, Evie Faber, Nick Baer, Adrian Call and Quinn Kane all had a hand in the killing and disposing of Anna Alcorn, the most powerful seventeen year old in North Brookton. It was all an accident that they couldn't reverse, and now they have to pretend as though it never happened, praying the police never figure out what actually happened that night. But their biggest nightmare has come true: somebody knows what happened, and they're communicating with Quinn. This mystery blackmailer uses the threat of selling them out to get things they want, and the six are forced to cooperate. But then things start to go too far, and it seems that not only is their freedom at stake, but also their lives.

What would you do after your best friend betrayed you? Would you pretend like nothing ever happened and try to get on with your life or would you try to get even? Rachel Cox wasn't the type to let it go. So, after Jessica Smith tried to stick a knife in her back to gain some popularity while bullying her in the process, Rachel got completely pissed off at her ex-best friend. And after Jessica showed her true colors, she decided to take away the only thing Jessica valued. Her newfound popularity. This isn't your typical bad boy meets the good girl story. Oh, no. It's the bad girl meets the bad boy one while getting even. Because being bad was always more fun than obeying the rules. ______________ "Stop flirting with me, Cole," I hissed, watching warily the other students piling inside the classroom and slowly starting to sit down. He smiled again. "No." "Why?" I whined. "You know, Rachel, I realised one thing the other day. You really aren't interested in me," he shrugged. "And that makes you start flirting with me?" I said incredulously. "Well, that means you're really not like the rest of the girls I met." "So?" I hissed, almost completely losing my patience. A warm mouth breathed next to my ear while I stared straight ahead. "That means my interest is piqued, Sweetheart."
