Lance is stranded on the Earth-like planet since Blue fell into a deep abyss. The paladins realize this is a battle that won't be won and decide to leave. But as they realize the blue lion is temporarily lost, they decide to leave Keith and Red to stay with Lance and look for Blue. Maybe the rivals can learn to be friends... Or perhaps more (Sorry for the terrible description and its cheesiness. This takes place sometime in season two after they find out Keith is Galra, but kinda goes off the plot at some point. A KLANCE FANFICTION (This story is currently being rewritten and will hopefully be finished on ao3 @ Alygtr) The team find themselves needing to refuel the castle and fix the boosters. They arrive at an uncharted planet for the time being but without everyone knowing that the planet links peoples dreams together. Lance and Keith find themselves in a very awkward predicament.

It forces the Lions and Castle from the stream and separates them throughout the depths of space, Lance alone in the dark. Floating in empty nothingness with a dead lion around him, Lance finds Blue's communications fried, unable to contact the rest of the team. Who is to find him, but a faction of the rebellion, including one out-of-place and very-much-human Matthew Holt? This is shaping up to be more of an adventure than Lance anticipated. The emperor told Keith he fought similar to his Galran soldiers. That had honestly scared him. So when the paladins are reunited after being spread throughout space, he tries to hide his insecurities and fears and pain. However, he can't hide it for long.
