For two best friends tragedy struck at a young age. But fate wasnt done with them. Years after a horrible accident they were reunited in a very normal way. Now could they reconnect and find their lost friendship. Or was fate playing a very cruel joke to tear them apart?

Shion witnessed the most horrible crime in his life. The murder of his beloved mother and best friend. Now he had no one, not even his real name. He was taken into Witness protection. A near zombie, Shion didn't talk to anyone. In his nightmares he relived the deaths each night. Living with a couple that was in witsec for their own reasons, Shion moved with them.The story was they were his aunt and uncle. They took him in after his mother's death. Shion barely uttered a word to them or anyone else. That was until he was sent back to school. There he met the neighbor boy. A person who had his own secrets. Rat befriended the weird boy. Finally letting someone into his own suffering world.
