Boruto took a 6 year trip with Sasuke leaving Sarada home. Over time he realized his feeling for Sarada and how he wants to be with her but is it too late..... In the mean time Himawari is forcing herself away from Inojin. While Shikadai is pushing his feelings for Himawari away to focus on training even though he always ends up close to her. Himawari is always ends up close to her teammate Ehou Norimaki.

Boruto and Sarada have an argument, Sarada says something that makes boruto leave the village for 4 years. Boruto comes with back with a different personality and stronger.
