Midoriya was invited, along with the rest of his classmates to go to the school lockdown party after All Might convinced the school board to have one and when he got there, he met with Todoroki. Rest assured the the cold weather did not keep the sparks from flying, but what Midoriya didn't know was that his whole class is hardcore Tododeku shipers and has a secret obsession with truth or dare.
