The events in this story follow the night after Sasuke Uchiha returns home with his family after defeating Shin Uchiha (Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring). The husband and wife spend a wonderful night after being separated for seven years. Amidst his duties as a shinobi, Sasuke realizes that it is time that he has some duties for his family as well.
