A home can be made in any old building, though when the Watsons move into an abandoned church they discover that not all past uses can be erased. With the mournful statues of saints hiding in the shadowed corners and the lingering smell of candle smoke, the foreclosed church begins to feel more like a hallowed out irony than any place to start a family. More troublesome than not, the stubborn priest still lives next door, his smug face peering through the curtains to judge the 'heathens' who had taken over his place of worship. However Father Holmes may not be prepared to have such young, enthusiastic neighbors. Until, of course, a bothersome creature from Hell decides to step in and make them a bit more compatible. -The case was a disaster. The storm had come early, and they were stuck in the hotel. John didn't want to be in the room, not now. Not with Sherlock right there. Just within his reach. If he wanted, he could reach out, pull Sherlock close, hold him, kiss him, love him. But he wouldn't. John couldn't. Because Sherlock didn't have feeling for him. -Sherlock was tense. John was sitting across from him, his head leaning against the brunette wall, his eyes closed, his lips slightly parted. He was thinking, Sherlock knew that. He had studied John for so long, he knew everything. Yet, John was still foreign to him. Sherlock wanted to kiss John. Wanted to show John he cared. But he couldn't. Because John didn't have feelings for him.

Simply, some JohnLock stories! Apologies if some of these break the trend and last for more chapters, but I love doing multiple parts on stories sometimes. The detective and his blogger start drifting away after the marriage of Dr. Watson. When an unfortunate accident happens, it brings them closer than ever. No matter how platonic Watson and Holmes think their relationship is in the beginning; no one can deny the unmistakable spark between them. A spark on the verge of being blown into a dangerous flame. Sherlock and John are stuck in Baker Street, neither of them wanting to leave each other. As John spends more and more time with his flat-mate, he realizes that he desperately needs Sherlock to get over the death of his wife. More so, John starts to slowly understand that it's not just the crushing grief that is binding him so tightly to Sherlock, but something much stronger. After all, every Watson needs their Holmes.
