He would also revisit and refine his previous statements about John Lennon, who he sites as his sole muse for this documentary, finally unveiling the true nature of their complicated relationship and rumored love affair that had been continually denied, until now. He even spoke, at last, about what truly happened during the band's trip to India in 1968: the trip that undeniably changed the chemistry between the Beatles forever, especially between himself and Lennon.
