Only the Avatar, master of all four elements, could stop them. But, when the world needed him most, he vanished. 100 years passed, and a new avatar was found. An airbender named Aang. Though his powers are great, he has a lot to learn before he's ready to same anyone. But many people believed Aang could save the world.... And he did! Anaya is Aangs other half. Not related by blood but related by spirit. Like the avatar, Anaya can enter the spirit world and go into the avatar state but she cannot controll all four elements, only the element she was born with. After the fire nation attacked the air nomads, she was captured so the firelord would have the only airbender alive. But what happens when Anaya escapes and joins team avatar? No one knows what the Guardian is. It is said that they are there to protect the Avatar and help them learn the elements. The Guardian is rumored to be a myth, since it is said that not every Avatar gets one. Guardians have the same power as Avatars, they cannot go into an Avatar state though. Aang, Sokka, Katara, and Addi will help save the world.

I've never been all that big on adventure. Sure, in my head I was the greatest adventurer who ever lived, slaying demons and taming dragons and what have you. But when you're actually there, and you realize that you're not just there but a Mary Sue too.... well that actually sucks. Awesome in its own way, but nobody wants to be a Mary Sue, or a Gary Stu or whatever. Oh right, I'm getting off track here. My name? Not Mary, that's for sure, but it generally depends on the story. See, if I was to introduce myself in a Japanese or another Asian styled world by my English name....that would be weird.... so I pick a name that I figure fits. Today my name is Amaya. Why? Well, I liked it. And I guess it fits. The name means "Night Rain", and it fits because well, I woke up in the middle of a forest in the middle of the night....and it was raining. Funny how that works huh? Also, I'm a waterbender. Neat right? I guess. But I digress. I should really get to the story right? Well, like I said, it was a rainy night, and I was cold, lost and alone....

The story of the girl behind it all.

Lightbending. It's only the greatest element, and one girl seems to conquer it. She finds out about her past, and what she can do with that element. It's considered the one thing that Avatar's need, but will she bring back peace, and balance to the world? Can she teach Aang? Will her and Zuko be friends? Will she defeat Ozai? Will she go back home with Jet?

(Strays from what's cannon) Avatar Korra has been dead for almost 20 years, and people are starting to doubt there will be another avatar. Ever since Raava was ripped out of her, and her connection with the past avatars was lost, Korra always had a tiny doubt there wouldn't be another Avatar. Fortunately, it just took the White Lotus a while to find her. Luna is an unsure Earthbender from a place nearly no one has heard of. But, she is the only one who can even begin to understand and defeat this new threat to the world. But even with her friends helping her, will she even be able to defeat them once and for all? I highly recommend you at least watch The Legend of Korra before you read this. The times, places, and people will make sense. It would be even better if you watch Avatar: The Last Airbender as well.
