Team RWBY, Team JNPR, Qrow, Oscar, and Maria have finally made it to Atlas, alongside them are three guardians and the once High Leader of the White Fang creating a team the four never thought to form. Mystogen goes back to Remnant but not on a mission but for his own reasons. Visions sent to his mind showing destruction of a place but these have been clearer and clearer on where this happens, Beacon Academy. After the events that happened at the Reef and him losing his closest friend, he can't stand losing another.
