I'm begging u so hard not to read this pls I wrote it as a joke years ago Zak has taken quite a liking to his best friend Darryl. To him, Darryl is the happiest person he knows. He always laughs and smiles and makes others smile. But the truth is, none of it is real. It's all a fake persona he's made up. In truth, he constantly gets upset over the smallest things, never really feels happy, and as punishment for lying to everyone, he harms himself. Even worse, he gets bullied by his "friend" Vincent. But one day, Darryl goes missing and Zak begins to worry. And just as things couldn't get worse, Vincent shows up at his door.

Both soulmates have to be asleep at the same time, and one can't sleep without the other, no matter the time zone, and when one soulmate wakes up, the other is forced to also get up. Furthermore, whenever one soulmate writes on their arm, it appears on the other soulmate, in the exact same place. Two youtubers, Zak and Darryl, with wildly inconsistent sleep schedules, both have to struggle with the others crazy bedtimes. They become friends, and agree to not talk about soulmates. However, when his soulmate starts going days without sleep, Zak decides to reach out and write for his first time.
