To Susan Williams, life seemed so good, so perfect and so bright. Things went quite smoothly and she was able to make things go her way. But not for long. Her beautiful and perfect life came crashing down when she discovered she was pregnant. Unable to face the judgemental looks and not so silent criticisms, she left her home in The United states to Nigeria with her mother. 'People change, people come and people go'. Those were the constant words of consolation for fifteen year old Susan Williams. She faces different challenges and judgment in the society, but will she be able to stay strong, or cower in fear? She learns to accept her child as a part of her destiny and also learns the meaning and importance of true friendship.
