She's in District 12 with Peeta, Haymitch, and Gale's mother and siblings. She hasn't even seen Gale or her mom in over eighteen months. But when there's a fire that sets off an explosion in District 4, Katniss leaves 12 to help in 4. But what was the reason for the fire?? Okay sorry, I'm like REALLY bad at making summaries for stories. I hope you'll like the book more than the description, XP. I DO NOT OWN THESE CHARACTERS OR THE SETTING OR WHATEVER ELSE!! THAT WOULD BE SUZANNE COLLINS, THE AMAZING AUTHOR OF THE HUNGER GAMES TRILOGY!!!! Also, there are some of Collins' phrases and stuff like that. There's at least one mention of the book Peeta and Katniss were making in memory of the people who died, or the fact that Haymitch has geese, and other things like that. There will be some of my own made up characters but I couldn't do that without Suzanne having written the book, so... And the cover art (which I personally think is pretty dang awesome) was made by janeviiianueva on Tumblr. All credit goes to her. All I did was put my name on it. lol And honestly, the name for this fic came from that cover art, so shout out to her!! (Don't worry, I got her permission. XD)

Katniss has been torn apart, and the pieces of her being are still scattered on the floor, ever so slowly finding their way back together. It's a long and painful process, and she needs someone more than ever. Someone. Someone with soft eyes and strong arms. Someone who has always been there for her. She know this now. The realization built up and hit her all at once, like the way a wave will build before it crashes on the sand.

This story is the direct epilogue to "Uncovered Passions," but it's ultimately my dream ending for Katniss and Gale, and it's how I envision their future to any story where they end up together. So you don't have to read UP to follow this. All you really need to know is that Katniss and Gale got lost in the woods where the fell in love and conceived a child, and eventually came out and helped lead the rebellion to victory. Their son was born the day the Rebellion ended. His name is Reed Milo Hawthorne, and our story is picking up three and a half years after he was born.

What if Gale goes to the Games with Katniss? Will they relationship change? Who will win? Who will die? All the characters belong to the amazing Suzanne Collins!

Katniss and Gale enjoy a normal day in the woods. But on their way back they encounter a series of force fields with images from the hunger games in which Katniss became the lone victor. Gale must take care of and comfort Katniss as she slowly falls apart from the emotional trauma of the games. HEY GUYS I HOPE YOU ENJOY!!! THIS IS MY SECOND BOOK PLEASE READ!!!!
